Green Arrow. The Longbow Hunters. Mike Grell #1-3

Book 1 - The Hunters: Oliver Queen and Dinah Lance have moved to Seattle to settle down and open a flower shop called Sherwood Florist. As they set up shop they talk about bout taking the next step in their relationship, and maybe even having a child. Dinah does not want to because their lifestyle as costumed adventurers put them in harms way, and they can not even garuntee that they will be alive from one day to the next. To prove the point they find out that someone has been killing local street walkers, and dealing heroine on the streets of their new home town. Ollie pursues the killer, while Dinah goes after the Heroine dealers. While on the prowl, Green Arrow sees an Asian woman with a bow kill his number one suspect in cold blood. Book Two- Dragon Hunt: Opens with Green Arrow Searching for the female archer she saw kill the street walker murderer in issue one. He does so as he is following the trail of bodies she is leaving behind her. Discovering what they all have in common, he finds that the cases he and Black Canary were working on, were actually one and the same. After more investigation he discovers that the dealers know Black Canary is a narc, and she is in danger, so Green Arrow rushes to save her. He finds them and Canary is stripped and strung up. She looks as if she had already been tortured. This drives Ollie mad, and he begins to kill every one in the room. Book Three- Tracking Snow: Green Arrow has nightmares about recent events in which his girlfriend Dinah Lance was tortured, and he killed her captors in a rage. In the dream, a dragon appears, saying that it and Green Arrow are one.
